QUICK BEEF SPREAD

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (2.5-ounce) package deli-style thin-sliced beef lunch meat, finely chopped
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
Mayonnaise

In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, beef and green onions. Add just enough mayonnaise for consistency. Chill thoroughly before serving. Serve with crackers.
