SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 1 pound ground beef 1 medium onion, finely chopped 3/4 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon oil SAUCE: 16 ounces tomato sauce 12 ounces chili sauce 3/4 cup grape jelly Gently combine first eight ingredients; roll into medium-sized balls. Heat oil in skillet and brown meatballs. Drain fat from pan. Add sauce ingredients to pan and cook on low until heated through. Makes 32 balls. |
