1 cup spicy catsup
6 tablespoons honey
6 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
1 large lemon, sliced

Blend catsup and honey, pour over each pork chop. Top each chop with 1 slice of lemon. Bake in 325-degree oven for one hour or until done.
