HONEY NUT BREAD 1 egg 3/4 cup honey 3/4 cup milk 3 cup all-purpose flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup chopped nuts
Beat egg well. Continue beating while adding honey in a fine stream. Stir in milk. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together in a separate bowl. Combine two mixtures, mixing well. Stir in nuts. Place in a greased and floured loaf pan. Let stand for about one hour. Bake in 325-degree oven for about one hour or until done. |
