SNOWBALL CAKE

ALABAMA SWEET POTATO CHEESECAKE
GRAPE SALAD
MOM’S BANANA NUT BREAD
LULA’S CLOUDS AT SUNRISE
SNOWMAN CHEESE SPREAD

3 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
Assorted crackers
Decorations:
Hat – Black licorice Twizzlers
Eyes – Chocolate chips or raisins
Mouth – Red bell pepper
Nose – Carrot
Scarf – Fruit Roll-ups

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and dressing mix until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
On a serving platter, form the cheese spread into a snowman (one large ball for body and a small ball for head),and add decorations.
Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
