1 small package Jell-O instant vanilla pudding
1/4 teaspoon rum flavoring
1 small container plain yogurt
1/2 (16-ounce) container of Cool Whip
2 graham cracker pie crusts (smaller size)
Mix pudding according to package directions, substituting eggnog for milk. Add flavoring. Stir in yogurt and Cool Whip and pour into pie crust. Chill until set. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Makes 2 pies.
