1 (12-ounce) package or 3 cups uncooked macaroni
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, minced
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimento, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 stick margarine, melted
Salt (to taste)
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain; combine all ingredients while macaroni is hot. Pour into ungreased large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
