GRILLED BABY RIBS Slabs of baby back ribs Garlic salt Black pepper 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup water Juice from 1 lemon
Coat ribs in garlic salt and black pepper. Grill in hot fire, turning every 5 minutes until ribs are brown and the meat starts to pull away from the bone. Place ribs in heavy duty foil; pour mixture of vinegar, water and lemon juice over ribs. Wrap ribs in foil and return to grill, away from direct heat. Leave on grill for 1 to 2 hours. Ribs will be tender and tasty. Serve with desired BBQ sauce. |
