PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES 2 sticks (1 cup) margarine, melted 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1 (1-pound) box powdered sugar 2 cups crunchy peanut butter 1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup roasted, salted peanuts, crushed
In a mixing bowl, combine first four ingredients to form crust. Press into a greased 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan. Melt chocolate chips; spread over crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Cut into squares for serving. Note: To make individual Peanut Butter Cups, cupcake liners may be used instead of the pan.
