HOMEMADE FUDGE 3 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate 2 (12-ounce) bags semi-sweet chocolate chips 3 to 4 cups chopped pecans 1 (13-ounce) jar marshmallow cream 2 tablespoons vanilla 1 (12-ounce) can pet milk 6 cups sugar Pinch of salt 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
Stir chocolates, pecans, marshmallow cream and vanilla together in a large bowl. In a saucepan, bring milk, sugar, salt and butter to a boil. Boil for eight minutes, stirring. Remove from heat. Stir both mixtures together until smooth. Pour onto wax paper to cool.
