CHEESE BALL 1 (8.5-ounce) can crushed pineapple 2 (8-ounce) packages softened cream cheese 2 cups chopped nuts, divided 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 2 tablespoons chopped onion 1 teaspoon salt
Drain pineapple and stir into softened cream cheese. Add 1 cup of chopped nuts, pepper, onion and salt. Stir to combine. Chill thoroughly. Shape into two balls and roll in remaining nuts. Chill until serving time. |
