1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed
2 1/2 cups fully cooked, chopped ham
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water
Allow dough to rise according to package directions. Punch down; divide into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 5-inch circle. Place about 1/4 cup ham and 2 tablespoons of cheese on each circle. Press filling into dough slightly to flatten. Mix egg yolk with water and brush on edges of dough. Fold into semi-circles, pinching edges to seal. Brush tops with yolk mixture. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or
cold. Freezes well.
