2 packages taco seasoning
2 cans red beans, drained
2 cans kidney beans, drained
2 cans pinto beans, drained
2 cans black beans, drained
2 cans white shoe peg corn
1 large can Rotel tomatoes
2 packages ranch dressing mix Add taco seasoning and ranch dressing to ground beef. Mix well. Place all other ingredients in crock pot. Add ground beef mixture to crock pot, and simmer on low for 2 hours. Garnish with sour cream and grated cheese. |
