2 pounds ground chuck
1 onion, finely chopped
2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
1 cup water
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (10-ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (12-ounce) bag corn chips, crushed
Sour cream and taco sauce for serving

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown beef and onion in a large pot. Drain excess fat. Add seasoning and water. Simmer for a minute or two, then add sauce and soup and mix well. Pour crushed chips into the bottom of a 9-inch by 13-inch casserole dish. Pour meat mixture over chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and taco sauce.
