1 (2.5-ounce) jar dried beef, washed and drained
1 or 2 green onions, finely chopped
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 cup chopped pecans
Crackers for serving.
Place beef in a food processor and pulse. Add green onions and cream cheese and blend well. Remove mixture from processor bowl and fill mold of your choice or create your own free-form design. Cover with plastic wrap and let chill overnight.
To serve, remove plastic wrap (and mold if used) and place onto serving dish. Top with pecans and serve with crackers.
