OMELET IN A BAG 2 eggs (for each omelet) Desired omelet ingredients (cheese, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, bacon, etc.) Salt and pepper Pint-sized freezer bag
In a small bowl, beat eggs. Add favorite omelet ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into freezer bag and seal. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add bagged omelet and boil for 12 minutes. Carefully remove bag from water. Cool slightly before enjoying. Note: This dish can be prepared over a campfire.
