BUTTER PECAN BROWNIES 1 (18.5-ounce) box butter pecan cake mix 1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter, divided 3 eggs 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 (1-pound) box powdered sugar 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Mix together cake mix, 1 stick of melted butter and 1 beaten egg. Press into a greased and floured 9- by 13-inch baking dish. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining butter and eggs and sugar; mix well. Pour over cake mix layer. Top with pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
