OATMEAL COOKIES 1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tablespoon milk 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 cups oats 1 cup chopped nuts
In a large bowl, stir together butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Drop dough by the spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned around edges.
