SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 1/3 cup milk Topping: 1 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup butter 1/2 cup flour 1 cup chopped pecans
Stir sweet potatoes together with next five ingredients and transfer mixture to a 9-inch by 13-inch dish coated with non-stick spray. Mix all topping ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
