PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE

LEMON CONGEALED SALAD

1 cup starter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn oil, plus more for rising
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
6 cups bread flour, plus more for
kneading

Stir together first five ingredients, then gradually add 6 cups of bread flour. Dough will be very stiff.
Turn dough out onto a floured board; knead until flour is absorbed and dough is uniform. Place dough in a greased bowl, turning once to cover with oil. Cover lightly with plastic wrap. Place a clean cloth on top and let rise overnight.
Punch dough down and divide into 3 equal portions. Place dough in 3 loaf pans coated with non-stick spray.
Let dough rise all day or until well-risen. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
