TANGY SPARERIBS 5 to 6 pounds (2 racks) pork spareribs Salt and pepper 1 cup Southern barbecue sauce (recipe follows)
Cut spareribs into serving pieces; place in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brush with sauce. Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 1/2 hours, brushing frequently with remaining sauce. |
