CHEESY BACON BOWL 1 (8-ounce) brick Colby-Jack cheese, shredded 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup bacon bits 1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1 (16-ounce) bread round
Stir together all ingredients except bread. Hollow out bread round to form a bowl, reserving torn pieces. Spoon dip into bread. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve with torn bread pieces or sliced apples. Makes 3 1/2 cups dip. |
