GRILLED CATFISH FILLETS

1 ? pounds catfish (4 or 5 fillets)
RUB:
1 (1.25-ounce) roasted potato seasoning mix
2 tablespoons onion powder
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Mix rub ingredients together in a bowl. Rub mixture into both sides of fish, and place in a grill basket. Place basket on medium-high heated grill, and cook 6 to 7 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked. Remove from basket and serve hot from the grill
