OLIVE DIP
PECAN PIE MINI MUFFINS

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten

Combine sugar, flour and pecans; in separate bowl mix butter with eggs, then stir into flour mixture. Fill greased and floured mini muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from muffin tin immediately and cool on wire racks. Makes 30 muffins.
