TOMATO RELISH 3/4 cup sugar or Splenda 1/2 cup vinegar 1 (16-ounce) can diced tomatoes 1 small onion, diced 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon or allspice
Mix together in heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until thick. Note: This is great with any type of greens, dried peas or beans.
