QUICK COCONUT CREAM PIE 1 (5.1-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding 1 1/2 cups milk 1 (8-ounce) non-dairy whipped topping 1 small can flaked coconut 1 graham cracker crust
Beat pudding and milk on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in half the whipped topping and half the coconut. Spread into pie crust and top with remaining whipped topping and coconut. Chill. |
