1 deer tenderloin
1 small bottle A-1 Steak Sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of water
Put 2 layers of foil in a shallow pan. Place tenderloin on top of foil and pour sauce on top. Mix onion soup mix, mushroom soup and water together. Pour over the steak sauce. Pull up foil edges to wrap tenderloin. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours.
Note: Tenderloin can also be cooked in a slow cooker (without foil) for 8 to 10 hours. Really tender with lots of gravy.
