EASY PEACH COBBLER 1 can peach pie filling 1 stick margarine, melted 4 slices white bread 1 egg 1 cup sugar Cinnamon (optional)
Coat a 9-inch by 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray and pour in pie filling. Remove the crust from each slice of bread and cut into 9 squares. Place bread over filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon if using. In a medium bowl, mix margarine, egg and sugar until well blended and pour carefully over bread. Place in preheated 350-degree oven and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Note: This recipe may be doubled and cooked in a 9-inch by 13-inch pan or made with other fruit fillings. |
