MY MOTHER’S PECAN PIE 3 eggs 1 cup whole pecans 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup dark Karo syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 tablespoons margarine, cut into small pieces 1 unbaked pie crust
Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, syrup, nuts, salt, vanilla and margarine. Put mixture into piecrust and bake in 325 degree oven for 50 minutes. |
