BROILED PORK MEDALLIONS 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 6 (1/2- to 3/4-inch thick) boneless pork chops
In a small bowl, combine first five ingredients. Place chops in a container suitable for refrigeration and pour sauce over chops. Place chops in the refrigerator to marinate for 4 to 6 hours. Remove chops from marinade, and place on a broiling rack. Broil 15 to 20 minutes, turning once during cooking. |
