Leftover ham bone with meat
4 large potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 large onion
4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon of Durkeeís Dressing
1/2 cup of cracker crumbs
1/4 cup shredded cheese

Boil hambone to remove pieces of lean meat and cut into small pieces. Mix all ingredients ó except cheese and cracker crumbs ó and pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves six.
