2 tablespoons butter
2 large onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
2 recipes egg bread (recipe follows), cooked and crumbled
5 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 (10-ounce) can cream of celery soup
2 (10-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
3 (14-ounce) cans Swanson chicken broth
1 cup chopped chicken or turkey, or more if desired

Saute’ onion and celery in butter to soften. Mix all ingredients. Add more chicken broth if needed to reach desired consistency. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
