FRESH BROCCOLI SALAD 1 head broccoli, washed and chopped 1 small red onion, chopped 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 pound bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 1 (8-ounce) package shredded cheese 1/2 cup chopped pecans Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Stir together dressing ingredients until well mixed; set aside. Toss together broccoli, onions and raisins. Pour dressing over salad and refrigerate. Just before serving, toss in bacon, cheese and pecans.
