1/2 pound ground round
3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
1 egg
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sugar

Mix ground round, garlic powder
and egg in bowl. Add flour and
tomato paste. Mix. Pour mixture
into loaf pan. Mix ketchup and
sugar and spread on top for glaze.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
