MAMA’S CHICKEN CASSEROLE|
2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
Boil chicken on stove; drain and
shred. Mix soup and sour cream. Add
cooked chicken, mix and pour into
casserole dish. Crush crackers and
put on top of chicken mixture. Slice
butter and put on top of crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
