SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE
BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE
MUSHROOM PORK TENDERLOIN
HONEY BUN CAKE
HOT MARINATED GREEN BEANS
BAKED POTATO SOUP
BLACK BEAN AND RICE SOUP
APPLE PECAN PIE
HONEY BUN CAKE

1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
GLAZE:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Milk

In a small bowl combine first
three ingredients and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together
cake mix and the next four ingredients.
Pour prepared cake batter into
a 9-inch by 13-inch pan coated with
non-stick spray. Top with pecan
mixture, then swirl pecan mixture
into cake mix. Bake at 300 degrees
for 1 hour. Spread glaze over warm
cake.
Glaze: Thoroughly combine
all ingredients, adding just enough
milk to make glaze spreadable.
