AWESOME PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 1 box Betty Crocker Cake Mix, butter 1 1/4 cups water 1 stick real butter 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla ICING: 18-ounce jar chunky peanut butter (Jaycie prefers Jif) 1 1/2 boxes of confectioners sugar, sifted 1/4 cup real butter, softened 5-ounce can evaporated milk
Mix as directed on cake box using real butter and add vanilla. Bake in three 8-inch greased pans for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely, and frost with peanut butter icing. For Icing: Mix peanut butter with confectioner’s sugar. Add butter and milk. Mix well. Add extra confectioner’s sugar if needed. Spread on layers and sides of cake.
