1 egg white
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 cups pecan halves

Beat egg white with water, sugar, salt, cinnamon, allspice and cloves. Stir in pecans until coated. Bake in a shallow baking pan 25 minutes at 275 degrees. Stir pecans and bake an additional 20 minutes.
