PORK CHOP BAKE 5 Irish potatoes, peeled and sliced 2 onions, sliced Salt and pepper 6 pork chops, trimmed of fat 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons margarine
Spray 9- by 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Layer peeled and sliced potatoes in the baking pan. Layer sliced onions on top of potatoes, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place trimmed pork chops on top, sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Dot with margarine. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
