DORITOS CHICKEN

1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 (16 oz) block Velveeta cheese, cubed very small
1 party-size bag Doritos, crushed
6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together soups, tomatoes and green chilies with their liquid, and chicken in a bowl. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray. Layer the crushed Doritos in bottom of dish. Add chicken mixture, then top with Velveeta. Bake for 45 minutes. Top with remaining crushed chips before serving.
