1 quart jar (or 28-ounce can) peaches
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter or margarine
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Pour peaches and juice into a 9- X 13-inch baking dish. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
