Blueberry Stack Cake 1 box butter recipe cake mix 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter 4 eggs 2/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Filling 1 ˝ cups granulated sugar 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese 1 (16-ounce) frozen whipped topping 1 (21-ounce) can blueberry pie filling Preheat oven to 325 F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat well. Bake in 3 greased and floured 8-inch pans. Bake 20 minutes. Turn cake layers out of pans to cool. Filling directions: Cream sugar and cream cheese together. Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Spread layer of cream cheese mixture over bottom cake layer. Then top with a thin layer of pie filling. Repeat until all layers are covered.
