EASY PECAN PIE 3 eggs ½ cup brown sugar 1 cup corn syrup 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla Pinch of salt 1-1/2 cups pecans
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add other ingredients, folding in pecans last. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 F and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. |
