BACON AND TOMATO DIP Jennifer Dickerson – Lauderdale County 4 ounces cream cheese 1 cup sour cream ½ cup mayonnaise ½ cup cheddar cheese ¼ cup diced green onion ¼ cup diced green pepper 1 teaspoon minced garlic Black pepper to taste 1 cup crispy, crumbled bacon 1 large tomato, diced, seeds and juice discarded
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, onion, green peppers, garlic, and pepper. Add bacon and tomato and mix thoroughly. Serve with corn chips. |
