1 (3-ounce) package lemon-flavored gelatin
½ cup boiling water
½ cup honey
Juice of ½ lemon
1 (14 ½-ounce) can of evaporated milk
¼ pound graham cracker crumbs
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add honey and lemon juice and mix well. Cool. Fold in the evaporated milk that has been chilled and whipped. Pour mixture into a pan lined with graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs on top of mixture. Place in refrigerator to set.
