Sausage Egg and Cheese Muffins 1 cup BISQUICK baking mix ½ cup grated cheese 1/3 cup sour cream 2/3 cup milk 2 eggs, beaten ½ pound sausage, browned Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and spoon into greased mini muffin tins. Bake at 350 F degrees for 20-to-30 minutes. Yields 24 mini muffins. |
