Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Catfish

Franny Ranch Dressing

Franny Ranch Dressing

2 cups lite mayonnaise
1 cup skim milk
1 cup lite sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with wire wisk and pour in plastic containers. Cover and refrigerate until use. Keeps for three weeks. NOTE: Makes a great salad dressing or dip for raw vegetables.
