FARMERS FEDERATION HOSTS LEGISLATIVE RECEPTION
Sen. Zeb Little, D-Cullman, second from right, was among dozens of legislators who attended the annual Alfa Farmers Legislative Reception Wednesday night at the Federation office in Montgomery. The reception featured Alabama-produced commodities including, beef, pork, poultry, catfish, shrimp, goat meat, milk, ice cream, wild game, honey, peanuts, fruits and vegetables. Little, who serves as chairman of the Senate Agriculture and Forestry Committee, introduced the Family Farm Preservation Act on Thursday.
