PEANUT BUTTER DAY AT THE STATE HOUSE
 | | March is Peanut Month in Alabama, and the state's First Lady Patsy Riley, second from left, enjoyed a peanut butter and jelly sandwich at the State House Tuesday as part of Peanut Butter Day in the Alabama Legislature. Joining her from left are Rep. Steve Clouse, R-Ozark, Federation Women's Committee Chairman Sharon Turner, Sen. Harri Anne Smith, R-Slocomb, and Alabama Peanut Producers Association President Carl Sanders. Mrs. Riley serves as Honorary Chairwoman of the Alabama Folic Acid Council. |
