CATFISH FARMERS OF AMERICA HEAD FOR ALABAMA
ORANGE BEACH, Ala. -- For the first time in more than 15 years, the Catfish Farmers of America will be holding its annual convention in Alabama as producers and exhibitors from all across the nation gather Feb. 15-17 at Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach. The convention, which will also include the Fish Farming Trade Show and the annual meeting of the Catfish Women of America, marks the largest gathering of producers of farm-raised catfish. The Alabama Catfish Producers will also hold its state committee meeting in conjunction with the convention on Friday, Feb. 16, at 8 a.m.
Advance registration is $165 for CFA members, and $145 for spouses. Registration includes two receptions, the annual awards luncheon, two breakfasts and coffee or soft drink breaks.
